Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) provided EPCM services for multiple upgrades at Enermark’s Neptune oil battery.
Phase 1 included the installation of a new water disposal pump, and additional water storage tanks to increase the water clean-up, storage, and disposal capabilities.
Phase 2 included modifications to allow an increase in oil treating capabilities, increased oil storage volumes, and larges gas handling systems.
The facility originally was able to handle 167 m³/d of Total Inlet Emulsion (140 m³/d Produced Water, 27 m³/d Produced Oil). After the modifications were completed it allowed for 665 m³/d of Total Inlet Emulsion (535 m³/d Produced Water, 130 m³/d Produced Oil)
