Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) provided engineering, procurement, construction support, and startup assistance for the install of a DexPro™ dehydration unit at Kinder Morgan’s Doe Canyon facility near Cortez, Colorado. The DexPro™ dehydration unit has the following specifications:

- Design Conditions: 1000 psig @ 120°F Main Process / 2250 psig @ 120°F High Pressure Recycle System
- Operating Conditions: 750 psig @ 110°F Main Process
- 25 lb/MMSCF Outlet Water Content
- One (1) 36” OD x 8’ Independent Low Temperature Separator (LTS) to prevent overloading of compressor scrubber
- Two (2) 24” ID x 12’ Gas-Gas Exchangers in Series
- 6500 psig Thornhill Craver JT Valve c/w Fisher Actuator and DVC6200 Positioner
- Danfoss CLP675H Hydrate Inhibitor Pump (Startup Only)
- A/B CompactLogix Modular Controller System c/w 10” PanelView HMI
- Micro Motion Elite CMF100 Mass Flow Meter c/w MVD‑2500 Transmitter
